How do you control mind over matter?

When it seems you can’t do something (anything) and you ask for help, then someone tells you " it’s mind over matter". How is this accomplished.

It means shutting up that part of your mind that says "you can’t" accomplish that task.

If it’s something that can be done right away like killing a gigantic spider for someone who is terrified of spiders, it means "Just go do it!". Don’t think about how creepy and crawly the legs are or that it might jump on your arm.

Alcohol Acting as a Barrier in Building Muscle

Consumption of alcohol can be extremely disastrous in the effort to enhance your muscles. It can ruin your desire to achieve a muscular and in-shape physique.
