I’ve been takling your advice since your first video. It really really has helped. My body’s looking very good now thanks
Interesting video, …
Interesting video, I never thought of it that way.
Nice camera angle, although I enjoy the way you filmed the first few videos.
But aren`t grains …
But aren`t grains an important source of energy for the body?!ok,you don`t have to eat refined grains, you can eat cereal that has integral cereals!I have watched all you vids and I really find them helpful!
by the way,
in the …
by the way,
in the presence of high blood insuline levels, when you eat simple sugars, the lipolysis (when you use fat for energy)is inhibited.
just wanted to add something =)
kuddos mr.
EXACTLY correct. …
EXACTLY correct. I’m always trying to determine how much detail to go into on the science behind it, and since a few people are asking for details, I will begin to include some like yours into my material, which I’m happy to. I don’t want to bore people; I personally am a “detail” person, but I’ve learned that many people don’t want to understand the mechanics behind my statements. I’m going to include more info here and there…thanks for the comment!
GREAT point that …
GREAT point that I’m glad you addressed. The problem is this; there is a lot of controversy about the nature of a *true WHOLE grain*. It should include the bran, germ, and endosperm so that the entire package is given to the body. Refined grains of course break these components down into unhealthy flours that hit your system as instant sugar. You can derive the energy you’re looking for instead from the veges, fruits and proteins when combined correctly for your body type. GREAT comment!
so are you saying …
so are you saying you do not eat cereals such as fruit n’ fiber, weetabix, and one’s high in oats/grains/wheat ?
Correct. What …
Correct. What you’re describing fits right into processed, refined grains; they will increase blood glucose levels quickly, hence insulin. Higher insulin levels produce hunger, starting a never-ending cycle in a diet (like an American one) loaded with refined grains. This then leads to a cycle of fat retention. The situation compounds itself in the worst of ways where the body won’t release fat, which is why I promote non-grain diets strongly for people struggling.
ok thanks, but …
ok thanks, but whole grains are still on your menu correct?
what food DO you eat then?
fruit/veg
Meat (prefibly lean)
egg
what do you do if your in the city centre.. what kind of food do you look for to keep you going for lunch?
They ARE for ME, …
They ARE for ME, but in limited quantity and in strict form…whole whole whole grain, as close as those of us studying this field can get. It is VERY controversial what *really* constitutes a whole grain (most labeled as such, in many opinions’ including mine, are NOT whole grains). I will get to what foods I eat in my material, too much to list, but I do mostly all organic (or better standards) everything, and do incorporate some blood typing (diet) into what I eat. More soon, thanks. :>
how on earth can …
how on earth can you gain size like that then if you dont consume any carbs, i dont get it :-S
Very difficult of …
Very difficult of course! This isn’t about gaining size. It’s about losing fat. I will cover the area of muscle building for the subscribers to my service that want it; but I focus more on fat loss for my audience here.
thanks for all …
thanks for all these informations, nice to meet you here,J.
please tell me, …
please tell me, what foods do satisfy hunger??
Proteins fer sure.. …
Proteins fer sure…but I will cover in my material how to feel more satisfied by taking in a specific kind of non-grain based fiber that I feel pretty good about, to help people deal with this issue. I will also cover glycemic index and load to help with hunger as well. I’m trying to make darn sure “suffering” to get to our goals isn’t so bad. ;> Let’s make it as easy as possible. :>
not even oatmeal?
not even oatmeal?
Oatmeal is one of …
Oatmeal is one of the grains that *I* can use, and works for me in moderation. The info above is tailored more towards those with pronounced fat issues, whereby grain elimination can help immensely based on vital factors I cover both in my youtube vids and will cover in my program.
