How to train my mind into a health machine?
I would really like to slim down this year. I am going to start Tony Ferguson and am going to start exercising everyday. But because I have OCD it gets a bit had to get my mind focused on being more healthy than thinking constantly about all the foods I cant have. Please help me someone.
