It doesn’t matter to anyone but yourself what aspect of your being you choose to work with. Personally I practice mind over matter for working on internal changes. When it comes to my body health I like to mountain bike and walk regularly. For my mind health I work daily on my computer so it’s actually over worked at times. For my spiritual health & wellness I have practiced many approaches and find that some quiet time and meditation provides a gentle way to nuture my spirit. The floor is now open.
