yeah,, thanks.. i really want to try and commit to a vegitarian diet.. im not sure where to begin, def. buying the queens book. for starters… if anybody has some info on this subject, pleae email me. i guess my concerns are totally cutting out every thing that i used to eat, i dont want to make my self ill, while trying to ‘heal thyself’ oh yeah,, the guy talking sounds like eddie griffin from under cover brotha.. :O)

Three yrs ago, I met a “student” of Queen Afua. She is 70+ and I was impressed by her beauty, skin, body and her outlook on life. A friend mentioned that she had seen this woman recently (who is as beautiful as ever) and it triggered some guilt feelings and reminded me of what I SHOULD be doing for my health now and into the future. i use hamilton beach big mouth juicer from walmart for about $60 it’s cheap by way of juicers but it does the job
