Donna Gates, founder of the Body Ecology (currently on it’s 10th book edition) introduces the basics to understanding her plan of health and healing. This eating lifestyle addresses numerous health issues from weight management, candida, chronic fatigue, autism, multiple sclerosis, all the way down to the common cold.

18 things that make Body Ecology diet the best diet out there.

We Follow the Principle of Uniqueness so we know that there is no one size fits all diet you eat the foods that are right for your body.

Body Ecology is a flexible diet. The foods you eat will change from time to time. Certain physical conditions or diseases, certain seasons of the year, your age, even your sex can play a part in determining what foods you need to be eating.

Body Ecology is an antifungal diet and helps overcome yeast or fungal infections.

Body Ecology can easily be adapted to become an anti-viral diet and can be used for all viral conditions like herpes, shingles, AIDS or the flu.

Body Ecology can be eaten vegetarian but it is NOT a vegetarian diet. If you are a vegetarian we have lots of excellent easily digested vegetarian choices. IN other words, we do vegetarian better.

While not a vegetarian diet it is, however, largely a plant-based diet. We suggest that 80% of your meal be in plant foods…cooked and raw.

We know how to prepare food in ways to make them easy to digest.

WE have a wide variety of organic unrefined or virgin fats and oils so all the needed fatty acids are provided. We do not heat the oils so they are healthier and retain their medicinal value.

We promote the use of super potent fermented foods that are loaded with beneficial microflora and we really understand their importance.

Body Ecology can be a gluten free diet

Body Ecology can easily be a casein free diet. If someone does chose to eat dairy foods we strongly suggest they be fermented.

Body Ecology is a sugar Free Diet. Yet we offer safe alternative choices to sugars because we know that the enjoying the sweet taste is a natural human experience.

Body Ecologys diet is mineral-rich. The dark green leafy vegetables and ocean vegetables are just two food groups that supply minerals.

We are the ultimate calorie restriction with optimal nutrition diet. The fermented foods allow you to eat much less but obtain much more nutrition. The Principle of Food Combining ensures simple meals that digest easily and you do not use up your metabolic enzymes so quickly. This means you’ll age more slowly.

The Diet helps the acid/alkaline balance of your blood.

The Diet is a cleansing diet.

A Nutrient-Dense Diet – No nutrients are missing from the Body Ecology Diet if it is done correctly.

The Diet stops your cravings for sugars and alcohol so it is easy to maintain an idea weight.

Wellness Music for Pregnancy

Blessings for the New Arrival
Since ancient times it has been known that the child in the womb adopts impressions from its surroundings and the behaviour of its mother, and also starts learning things. This fact has now been confirmed by modern science.

The well known story from Mahabharat of Abhimanyu tells us that he learned the art of entering Chakravyuha (a special war formation) while he was in the womb, when his mother Subhadra was listening to the technique told to her by Lord Shri Krishna.

The health of the parents is directly responsible for the health of a child. Not only their physical health, but also their psychological and spiritual health affects the child in the womb. The surrounding environment, the food, the activities, in fact everything the mother is exposed to during the pregnancy directly affects the child.

The ancient scriptures and Ayurveda prescribe a particular daily practice for the pregnant woman. Along with the prescription of diet, Yoga, and routine body care, instructions are also given for reading material, subjects of discussion, and music and mantras to be listened to. The sound of the veena (Indian string instrument which is held by the Goddess Saraswati), flute and Samaveda mantras gives health to the pregnant woman and the child within. It is possible to give energy for the development of the body, mind and soul of the child in the womb by listening to special music.

This album is based on traditional practices and prepared after much research, with the hope that children born with good health, intelligence and love will ensure a bright future for our planet.

This album is the first of its kind in the world. It is a must for every pregnant woman.

by Amy Nutt

As any soon-to-be-mother knows, pregnancy can be a mixed bag of highs and lows. While you are excited about meeting your new bundle of joy, observing a hundred and one dos and donts can present something of a challenge, especially if you are a creature of habit.

Take for example, the use of essential oils.

Found in many spas, candles and aromatherapy products, they can present a problem to a mothers unborn child. The problem is many women use these items for holistic skin care regimens or a relaxation tools. Being told that they can no longer use these products may cause a sense of despair as impending motherhood can cause skin reactions and stress.
